How we use your details

We use your name, contact details and messages to answer questions and arrange appointments. For bookings, we need these details to make and carry out our agreement with you.

We send BAXTER news only if you’ve agreed to receive it, online or as an existing client. Signing up is optional. Sender may record whether emails are delivered, opened or clicked to help us manage the list.

Services we use

Sender handles our mailing list and Slick handles online bookings. Our website and email providers also handle details needed to run and protect these services, including technical connection data.

Our signup form opens with Sender when you choose to join. Slick booking and Instagram content load when you choose to open them. These providers explain any cookies they use in their own privacy information.

Sender stores subscriber data in the EU. Other providers may handle data outside the UK. Ask us where your details are handled and what protections apply.

How long we keep your details

We keep your details while we need them for your enquiry, appointment, email preferences or records we’re legally required to keep. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record so we don’t email you again.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, limit how they’re used or get a copy to take elsewhere. These rights depend on how and why we use them.

You can object to uses based on legitimate interests and withdraw your permission for marketing at any time. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact us.
